I love your comic! What can I do to help make it better?

There are 3 things you can do to make this comic awesome! The first thing you can do is favorite it. Keep in mind, you need an account on Smack Jeeves to do this, which you can get by clicking here. The second thing you can do is vote for Sushi Gummy's rank on Top Web Comics. This helps my comic become more well known. You can vote once a day. The last thing you can do to help my comic out is simply comment. Comments always make me want to draw comics.

What does Sushi Gummy mean?

Absolutely nothing. This name was actually born when I first played Maple Story. I couldn't come up with a name that wasn't taken, so I just made it completely random. Sushi Gummy doesn't have any sort of inside meaning or even actual definition. A 'sushi gummi' would be a gummi styled like sushi. 'Gummy sushi' would be sticky or gum-covered sushi. Sushi Gummy doesn't mean anything.

How did Sushi Gummy start?

Before the Wii came out, I watched a few gameplay videos. After I was done with that, I decided to make a quick 4-page comic about George getting a Wii. I hadn't come up with the strange idea for possessed consoles yet, so it was just a normal Wii. I continued making short stories not only based on video games, but pretty much everything. I created a chapter where George fell to sleep and dreamed he had his own pirate crew, followed by a chapter where George gets sucked into the game Pokemon Diamond and Pearl (cleverly named 'Pokemon Pearly Diamond') through his DS, then I made a chapter where some sports guy wants to get George to find a sport he can play as a substitute for drawing comics, and finally I made a chapter where all the cereal mascots get together (with The King as their leader) to decide who they're going to sacrifice to a volcano. Afterward, I made the Super Smash Bros. Brawl chapter you all know and love today and named the series "Sushi Gummy."

Do you ever plan to have any of your old Sushi Gummy chapters remade?

More or less. The Wii chapter will be in Sushi Gummy some day, since it is the first chronological chapter in the series, and I'll be changing it so that the Wii's possessed. Pirated Pirates, another comic I'm planning, will be based off of my pirate comic. Pokemon Diamond and Pearl will be a chapter in Sushi Gummy one day. The sports chapter will probably be merged with the Wii chapter (through Wii Sports). The cereal mascot chapter probably won't ever be remade, but I might post the old one somewhere one day.

Do you have any other comics? Do you have accounts on any other websites?

Yes. You can find them in the links page.

I found a plot hole!

No you didn't. First of all, Sushi Gummy isn't in chronological order, which means that little 'plot hole' you found might just be a lack of information. Second, this isn't the kind of comic where finding plot holes should be important. Keep in mind that this comic makes little to no sense at times, and you shouldn't take it seriously or you'll be picking out obvious contradictions.

Have you tried using programs other than paint?

Yes. Please don't suggest any to me. I've used paint for a long time and I'm used to it. I even tried using a different program for pages 9 and 10 of the Animal Crossing chapter. The pages took longer to make and the readers preferred the old style, so I changed it back.

Why are updates so slow sometimes?

Because I'm lazy.

Why do you have a shop? Nobody's going to buy anything.

Trust me, I know. And I wouldn't suggest buying anything either, it's all too expensive. I own a couple of fish shirts and that's it. The shop was made more for fun than making money.

Why's the 100th page celebration on page 85? What's this "Project X" thing it mentions on the bottom?

The comic used to have announcement pages and fillers, and added to the archive, that page was the 100th comic. After a while, I decided to delete all the extra non-canon pages, which took the 100th page to the 85th page. Project X was the codename for Super Normal before its real name was revealed.

How come you haven't made chapters for some of your favorite games, such as Castle Crashers or Paper Mario?

This is simply because it's easier to make jokes for games like Animal Crossing or Hitman. Unlike most other gaming comics, I center it around games that will have the best jokes instead of the games I like. Although I love Castle Crashers and Paper Mario and I would recommend them to everybody.
