Well, we learned something big about Mario today.

... He likes sharing his mushrooms. See how he gave one to the main character?

Now who wants some mushroom soup?

Movie Review: You Don't Mess with the Zohan This movie was hilarious. I've always liked the Adam Sandler movies (with an exception of the romance comedies) but this one is easily one of his best movies yet.

The bad: Some of the jokes are a bit repetative.

The good: Nobody cares! The humor's still great! Everything is great!

It's got a pretty good story, pretty good characters, extremely funny action scenes, and is overall a movie that's definitly worth watching for people who like comedy.

BOTTOM LINE:
One of the funniest Adam Sandler movies in a long time. Everything about it is funny! If you like humor, watch this freakin' movie, because you're going to like it.

This and the next post were used for BlueLink's Guest Comic.

Well, I finally got some horrible-er, great fanart from BlueLink, author of The Blue N.

You can read The Blue N by following this link.
http://bluen.smackjeeves.com/

You see? I do accept fanart! Even if it does show me getting blown to bits (I'll get you back Bomberman). This will be going to the filler page as soon as I finish it.

Unfortunatly, I had no time today to make a comic, or even a filler. I was planning on posting this tomorrow. No such luck. Ah well. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to make another page. I'll get started tonight so I can get it done ahead of time.

And that's about it. Time for a movie review!

And yes, I did catch a few secrets in the background, BlueLink. In the first panel there's what I believe to be a framed photo of my fish, and the random stairs are probably there because you drew Link too high. Also, in the 6th panel, there's glass next to the fire hydrant that says "in case of fire eat glass." And finally, in the first panel of the bottom row, there's a photo hanging on the wall of something called Adin from this comic.

Movie Review: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Maybe the movie was called Temple of the Crystal Skull or something, whatever.

I've gotta be honest, I watched the first 2 movies a long time ago, but forgot all about them.

So, I don't know if the other movies were like this, or if this one was worse or better, or anything of the sort.

Overall, I liked it, but I think it was a bit... Weird... Not to the max where it would be a horrible movie or anything, but it seems more of a fantasy than an adventure.

Basically, the biggest problem was the complete unrealism in the movie. Not always a problem, but the SPOILERS aliens really screwed it up SPOILERS END.

I've gotta say, my favorite part of the movie was when
REALLY SMALL SPOILERS
Whoever Shilo played as (forgot his name) sees Indiana Jones' hat on the ground, and is about to put it on when Indiana Jones (I know that's not his real name, suck it up) walks by and grabs the hat off of him. It's like if Speilberg was ready to announce a new sequel starring him instead of Indie, but then he walks by and punches him in the face and just says "no.
REALLY SMALL SPOILERS END

BOTTOM LINE:
Of all the movies I've seen this summer, this is the worst one. Of course, I've loved all the movies I've seen this summer, so it's really not that bad. It's very unrealistic, but is a necessity for all Indiana Jones fans.

Pass me some of that soup.

It amuses me that nameless main character can pull a cooking pot, a stove, a chef's hat, and an apron from his bottomless pocket.

Now excuse me, I'm going back to my addiction of Final fantasy Tactics for the DS. Great game, so much better than the last one. Sadly no wi-fi

Holly crap, did Mario just resist a whole pile of shroom soup? The truthfulness of this comic should be questioned.

SushiGummy, 25 Jun 2008 06:55 pm

BlueLink, Kirby can do it, why can't the main character?

Big A2, there were onions in the soup. Mario doesn't like onions.

Czar Squid, 25 Jun 2008 07:28 pm

I know he could do it like Kirby. I still think it's funny he has that kind of stuff hidden on him. Kirby's cooking ability always was funny to me.
